Meet the Norwalk Team Behind Warmline Insulation Co.
We’re a local crew, not a rotating cast of subcontractors. The people who show up at your door in Norwalk are the same ones who walk our job sites every week. Most of the team has been with us for years, which is rare in this trade and exactly how we want it. What unites us is a low tolerance for sloppy work and a shared belief that insulation, done right, changes how a house feels the day it’s finished. Neil Ashford has been building this company since 2011, and every person below answers to his standard: if it’s not done right, we make it right. That’s the whole deal.
Our People
Victor M. – Lead Technician
Victor has been with Warmline since 2014 and leads most attic insulation and air sealing jobs across Norwalk, Santa Fe Springs, and Downey. He holds a BPI Building Analyst certification and is our go-to for homes with tricky rooflines, older framing, and the kind of tight crawl spaces that make other crews flinch. Victor grew up in Norwalk and still gets a kick out of working on streets he rode his bike down as a kid. If you call about uneven room temperatures, there’s a good chance Victor is the one who crawls up, takes the measurements, and tells you exactly what’s going on before we quote a dollar.
Rosa D. – Senior Installer, Crawl Space & Radiant Barrier
Rosa joined the crew in 2016 and specializes in crawl space encapsulation, vapor barrier installation, and radiant barrier work. She’s meticulous about sealing edges and seams, which is the difference between a vapor barrier that holds for decades and one that lets moisture creep back in. Rosa is certified in confined space entry and takes the safety side of crawl space work seriously, always checking ventilation and air quality before anyone else goes under. Off the clock, she restores mid-century furniture and has an eye for detail that carries straight into her day job.
Monica R. – Service Coordinator
Monica is the voice on the phone when you call Warmline at (562) 534-9430. She’s been answering our lines since 2018 and knows the service area block by block. Monica schedules every job, confirms arrival windows, and handles the paperwork on our standing offers, including the $50 Off Any Repair Over $250 and the permanent 5% Senior and Veteran discount. She’s the reason you’ll never get a voicemail when you call, day or night. Monica lives in Norwalk and is usually the person who tells you honestly whether we can be there same day or need to schedule you later in the week.
Danny T. – Apprentice Installer
Danny is the newest member of the crew, apprenticing under Victor since early 2024. He handles blown-in insulation prep, air sealing cleanup, and the less glamorous parts of attic cleaning and rodent proofing. Danny came to us from a general construction background and is working toward his own BPI certification. He’s the guy hauling hoses, bagging old fiberglass, and learning the difference between a job done fast and a job done right. Most days you’ll find him in an attic with a headlamp and a face mask, getting the unglamorous work done so the finished job looks clean.
