Cancellations or rescheduling requests received with less than twenty-four hours of notice may be subject to a late-cancellation fee at the discretion of Warmline Insulation Co.. Notice must be provided through an available contact method prior to the scheduled appointment time to qualify as timely.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of CA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the services provided by Warmline Insulation Co. shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located within CA, and the user hereby consents to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
